ABOUT ME

Art and photography has been in Davy’s life since he was a youngster. From the day he received his first camera at the age of 9, he was mesmerised. Together with his love of drawing, water color painting, and sketching, his life in art has begun.
While born in Hong Kong, he pursued his study of arts in Ontario, Canada. He graduated in 2004 with a minor in Visual Arts at the University of Windsor. His focus of study was on fine arts, sketching, painting, multimedia arts and photography.
After returning to Hong Kong, Davy pursued a career in multimedia in the IT field, while working as a free-lance photographer. He also worked for a wedding photography company where he mastered the art of Photoshop, scene composition and lighting. In 2011, because of increasing demand for his services, he became an independent full time photographer.
Because of his background in fine arts and drawing, Davy is able to combine contrast, beautifully constructed scenes, and attention to fine details to create breathtaking photographs. His distinctive style can be found in all his photos, whether they are for wedding, corporate events, or still product portraits.
